StarNight support

When contacting support, include your iPhone model, iOS version, selected lens, capture mode and a short description of what happened.

Camera preview is unavailable

Open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera and enable StarNight. Close and reopen the app.

A lens is missing

StarNight shows only camera modules reported by the device. Base iPhones do not have a telephoto module. Available RAW formats and exposure limits also differ by model and active lens.

Long exposure looks soft

Use a tripod or stable support, disable unnecessary movement and avoid touching the phone during capture. Clean Night and Light Trails use frame stacking; they are different from Apple’s private system Night mode.

Restore StarNight Pro

Open the Pro screen and choose Restore Purchase while signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
