Privacy Policy
StarNight is designed to process photos on your iPhone. We do not operate an image-upload service, advertising network or user-account system.
Data collection
StarNight does not collect, transmit, sell or share personal data. The app does not use advertising, cross-app tracking, user accounts or third-party analytics SDKs.
Camera and photos
Camera access is used only for the live preview and to capture images when you choose. Photo Library add access is used only to save images you create. Image processing occurs on your device. StarNight does not upload your camera feed or photos to a server.
Purchases
StarNight Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. The app reads the entitlement supplied by Apple to unlock Pro features. The developer does not receive or store payment-card details.
Local storage
The app stores a small amount of information on your device, including the number and date of free Smart Night captures and the entitlement state supplied by StoreKit. It is used only to operate app features.
Children
StarNight is not designed to collect personal information from children and does not knowingly collect such information.
Changes
This policy may be updated if app features or data practices change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.

StarNight не збирає, не передає, не продає й не поширює персональні дані. Застосунок не використовує рекламу, міжзастосункове відстеження, облікові записи або сторонні SDK аналітики.
Камера та фотографії
Доступ до камери потрібен лише для прев’ю та створення кадру за вашою командою. Доступ на додавання до медіатеки використовується лише для збереження створених зображень. Обробка відбувається на пристрої; StarNight не завантажує відеопотік або фотографії на сервер.
Покупки
StarNight Pro обробляє Apple через App Store і StoreKit. Застосунок читає надане Apple право на покупку. Розробник не отримує й не зберігає дані платіжної картки.
